The reservation made is GUARANTEED with advance payment. Reservations are not considered guaranteed without advance payment and may be canceled by the hotel without notice to the customer.
Saint George Palace reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website.
Payment is made electronically with a debit or credit card through the FIB payment terminal. Through the virtual POS terminal, payments can be accepted with Maestro, Visa and MasterCard cards issued by local and foreign banks.
With this method, you process your card data yourself in a secure environment.
The payment screen is located in an environment that ensures full protection of the data that the customer enters. On this screen, the customer enters the data from his card – name of the cardholder, number, validity period and card verification code.
For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication, where you are registered with the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing Bank opens where you enter your authentication password.
In order to be able to use your debit card for online payments, you need to activate this service and receive your secret code to use in your online payments. You can activate at any ATM or by contacting your bank for help.
Important! At no time during the creation of the reservation, payment or after payment, the merchant does not have access to the cardholder’s card details.
Upon successful transaction, the booking confirmation is displayed on the screen, and you can print it.
During the online booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the end of the payment process.
Saint George Palace reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and availability at the time. For confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

Saint George Palace reserves the right to charge, withhold and demand from customers all penalty amounts for canceled, amended or early terminated bookings, in accordance with the published cancellation conditions:

8. Reservations with a discount for Early bookings for the period 01.12-28.12; 17.03-14.04;
A prepayment of 1 night is required within 5 days of booking confirmation. The balance is required up to 14 days before the check-in date.
Period for free cancellation of a reservation: up to 14 days before the date of check-in.
If a reservation is canceled 14 days or less before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is retained as a penalty.

2. Reservations with a discount for Early bookings for the period 02.01-16.03;
A prepayment of 1 night is required within 5 days of booking confirmation. The balance is required up to 20 days before the check-in date.
Period for free cancellation of a reservation: up to 14 days before the date of check-in.
If a reservation is canceled 20 days or less before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is retained as a penalty.

3. Reservations without discount for Early bookings for the period 01.12-28.12; 02.01-14.04;
A prepayment of 1 night is required within 5 days of booking confirmation. The rest of the amount is required up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Term for free cancellation of reservation: up to 7 days before the check-in date.
If a reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is retained as a penalty.

4. Reservations without discount for Early bookings for the period 29.12-01.01;
A prepayment of 30% of the booking value is required within 5 days of booking confirmation. The balance is required up to 30 days before the check-in date.
Period for free cancellation of a reservation: up to 30 days before the date of check-in.
If a reservation is canceled 30 days or less before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is retained as a penalty.

5. Reservations under special offers are subject to the cancellation conditions of the specific offer.

6. Reservations for the period 15.04-20.07; 03.09-30.11;

A prepayment of 1 night is required within 3 days of booking confirmation. The rest of the amount is required up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Term for free cancellation of reservation: up to 7 days before the check-in date.
If a reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is retained as a penalty.

9. Reservations for the period 21.07-02.09;
A prepayment of 1 night is required within 3 days of booking confirmation. The balance is required up to 14 days before the check-in date.
Period for free cancellation of a reservation: up to 14 days before the date of check-in.
If a reservation is canceled 14 days or less before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is retained as a penalty.

Refunds for canceled bookings will be made in the same way as the payment was received.
