Dinner is served at the Main restaurant from 7:00 p.m. tо 9:00 p.m.

Entering the hotel wearing ski boots is forbidden.

 

SHUTTLE SERVICE

The hotel offers free transport to and from the first station of the gondola lift during the winter season, according to a pre-arranged schedule.

To schedule an appointment with a doctor, please contact Reception. Payment of health services is according to the specifics of each case.

Your room is fully serviced upon check-in.

Have you ever wondered how many tons of towels are unnecessarily washed every day in hotels around the world and how washing powder causes problems for our water supply? Please decide for yourself:

Towels on the floor mean – “Please change them!”

Towels placed on the towel holder means – “I will use them again!”

If you do not want your room to be cleaned, please put a sign “Please do not disturb!” at the front door. The bathrobes in your room are provided to be worn during your stay and in the Relaxation Area.

Please contact the Reception if you want a Laundry service or an iron.

The Hotel Housekeeping department will provide you with additional pillows, blankets, bathrobes, baby cot, toilet paper or other.

 

CHIP KEY CARDS

Should you lose your key/keycard, please immediately notify the reception so that your lock may be re-coded. For your own protection, you will be asked for identification. Please return your key card to the front desk upon check-out. Stolen or broken key cards are charged at 5 Levs per card.

 

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS

If you find or lose anything during your stay, please contact the reception desk.

 

DAMAGES AND LOSSES

When damages or missing items are caused from a guest, the items are charged at market costs.
Taking out items from the hotel is prohibited (towels, blankets, sheets, etc.).

Safety and security

Please be assured that every effort is made to ensure your safety during your stay at Saint George Palace Hotel. Although you may never need to implement the following safety instructions, we recommend you take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with them. In the event of an emergency, the few minutes it take to read this information, could turn out to be invaluable.

Prior to checking out we ask our guests to close the windows, lock the door and leave the key at the reception desk when leaving the room.

For the comfort of all guests we ask our guests to refrain from making any excessive noise after the hours of 11.00 p.m. and between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.

If you have non resident guests coming to visit you, we request that you come to meet and greet them in the lobby area.

Pets are not allowed in the complex.
